ActivePure™ the technology in Air Scrubber Plus®, Inducted into the 2017 Space Technology Hall of Fame by the Space Foundation

The Space Foundation recently placed ActivePure™, the technology in Air Scrubber Plus®, on the exclusive list of inductees into the Space Technology Hall of Fame. Only 75 inductees in the past 30 years have received this honor. Enviro Professionals, the exclusive worldwide distributor of Air Scrubber Plus®, is honored to announce that the technology in Air Scrubber Plus®, ActivePure™, has been inducted into the 2017 Space Technology Hall of Fame. This technology was originally developed by NASA. It is proven to reduce up to 99% of surface micro-organisms and dramatically reduce airborne contaminants and allergens.

Air Scrubber Plus® actively treats the air in your environment by continuously emitting scrubbers to significantly reduce surface and airborne indoor air quality contaminants such as allergens, dust, pollen, bacteria, viruses, germs, air pollutants, smoke, mold, pet & cooking odors, odor-causing bacteria, and VOC’s (chemical odors). It cleans, freshens, and purifies the air and surfaces with specialized light waves along with a proprietary catalytic process that creates enviro-scrubbing oxygen and hydrogen molecules.

The technology behind Air Scrubber Plus® is one of only 75 technologies to be inducted into the Space Technology Hall of Fame in the past 30 years. Previous inductees include energy-saving, satellite, and telecommunication companies as well as practical commercial devices and health improvement technologies like LASIK, implantable pacemakers, and hearing aids.

“We’re thankful to NASA for all they do to develop technologies that make life on Earth more comfortable,” said W. Allen Brasington, Enviro Professionals CEO/Owner, “Especially those that reduce pollution and address environmental concerns in homes and businesses.”

The formal induction into the Space Technology Hall of Fame was held on April 6 in Colorado Springs as part of the closing ceremonies for the 33rd Space Symposium, a three-day conference attended by more than 11,000 space leaders from around the world. The Space Technology Hall of Fame Dinner honoring the 2017 inductees was co-sponsored by SpaceX, a space exploration company founded by Elon Musk.
